New Study On Circulating Tumor Cell (CTC) Detection Published In Cancers

We are pleased to share that our recent study on circulating tumor cell (CTC) detection has been published in Cancers. Here, we compare different strategies for identification of colorectal CTCs after VAR2CSA-based bead capture. The study was conducted in close collaboration with EXACT Sciences enabling the powerful combination of highly sensitive cancer cell capture by […]

New Publication In Cancers Credentializes Oncofetal Chondroitin Sulfate As A Target In Non-Small Cell Lung Cancers

VarCT Diagnostics co-authors have published research in the medical journal Cancers that describes the expression of oncofetal chondroitin sulfate in non-small cell lung cancer. The study shows that oncofetal chondroitin sulfate is a prognostic biomarker and an actionable glycosaminoglycan target in non-small cell lung cancer. Optimization Study For VAR2CSA-Based Isolation Of Circulating Tumor Cells Published In International Journal Of Molecular Sciences

The detection and molecular analysis of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) is an emerging strategy for early diagnosis and monitoring of cancer disease. However, the isolation of rare CTCs from blood samples requires highly sensitive capture methods. Our novel study published in the International Journal of Molecular Sciences gives insight into recent optimization processes in continuation […]

Combined Approach For Enrichment And Identification Of Circulating Tumor Cells By Recombinant VAR2CSA Published In Cells

We are pleased to share that our project on circulating tumor cells (CTCs) in glioma has been published in Cells, with leading authorship of our industrial PhD Student Sara Bang-Christensen. Patients suffering from glioma still have a dismal prognosis and hence further diagnostic and therapeutic options are urgently needed. Indeed, detection of CTCs in gliomas […]
